STAY CLUB VOL.3

1 & 8 AUG 2026

Stay Club Vol. 3 Recap

This August, Stay Club Vol.3 brought together three small-group sessions built around one idea: slowing down and starting something new. Across two days, the lineup moved between reflection, beauty, and movement — a guided circle for setting intentions, a hands-on Korean makeup workshop, and a beginner-friendly Gyrokinesis flow.

As always, spots were kept intentionally small, so each session stayed personal rather than crowded.

STAY GLOW: Korean Make up

Stay Glow returned this volume with a session dedicated to Korean-style makeup, led by makeup artist MK Chung.

The workshop walks through the fundamentals of the look: prepping skin for a smooth base, building a fresh and lightweight foundation, and layering in that signature natural glow. MK's approach centers on tailoring each technique to the individual — the kind of personalized tips that make a routine actually work for your own face, not just a demo to watch.

STAY CIRCLE: Starting Something New
By Heen, Founder of STAY

Stay Circle is Stay Club's monthly guided gathering, where a small group comes together to reflect, journal, and talk through a new theme each month.

For Vol.3, the theme was starting something new — a chance to pause, think through what "new" actually means right now, and leave with one small, doable next step rather than a vague resolution. Kept to just six people per session, the format leaves real room for everyone to be heard.

GYROKINESIS FLOW with Mei (pre-trainer)

Closing out Vol.3 was a Gyrokinesis® Flow session with Pre-Trainer Mei Han.

Practiced on a mat and stool, Gyrokinesis is a movement method built on gentle, flowing motion, breathwork, and three-dimensional movement through the spine — designed to build strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination, and body awareness over time. The session was structured to welcome complete beginners, offering a different, more connected way to move.
