What is your returns policy?
We normally don’t accept returns and exchanges when products are in good condition, but we will accept them with shipping at the customer’s expense.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

What if my product is damaged or doesn’t arrive?
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days.
Any order returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will be shipped at the customer’s expense.
How do I cancel an order?
Order cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of the order confirmation.
We do not accept cancellations on already shipped items or items that have been delayed in the shipping process.
